Materials & Processes
Manufactured parts for nearly any application.
QUANTITIES: Prototypes, Short run – 1 piece up to 30,000 piece production
MATERIALS: Steels, Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steels, Plastics, and Carbide

Turning
Turing is the process of removing material by rotating to cut away. This produces a symmetrical end result.

Tooling
Tooling is the process of acquiring manufacturing components to complete a machine. This can include fixtures, jigs, gauges, molds, dies, etc.

Plastic Parts
Although plastic parts can be difficult to machine, we have the experience and capabilities to create high-quality matched plastic parts that can create less wear and tear than metal on many machines.

Grinding
Grinding is used to achieve smooth or flat surfaces using an abrasive wheel as a cutting tool. The level of abrasion changes based on the materials and the desired end result.

Fixtures
A fixture is a work-holding device used to securely locate and support one or many pieces while additional operations are performed.
